Bespoke Training Courses

In addition to our short course programme NAMTEC is able to offer 'Bespoke Training', which enables us to deliver a course exactly tailored to your requirements. We understand and appreciate that businesses sometimes require a tailored solution of courses to be delivered to their internal employees only. NAMTEC offers to put together bespoke courses to meet a particular business' requirement. For example we have constructed and delivered bespoke courses to companies such as Doncaster Bramah Ltd and the National Association of Steel Stockholders (NASS).

Examples of our work

Doncasters Bramah Ltd, Sheffield

NAMTEC worked closely with Doncasters to produce a course that gave the underpinning metallurgy of heat-treated alloys, specific company processes, an understanding of the NADCAP Accreditation and its requirements when supplying to the Aerospace Industry.

The course incorporated a test to measure understanding, a helpful aid towards the NADCAP requirements for personnel involved in production.

Feedback from this course included:

Since this course included a test, there is then evidence for HR files to complete any required audit trail.

VerdErg approached NAMTEC to provide a bespoke training package to form part of their employee development programme. The training included components of Metallurgy for non metallurgists and Corrosion.
