The WELD-IT training activity is part of the Advantage West Midlands (AWM) sponsored COMSTAR (Computational Materials Science Training and Research) project. A core element of the COMSTAR project is to provide training and support in the field of advanced materials computation. NAMTEC's Design, Modelling and Simulation Centre is delivering the simulation training and support programme to regional companies in partnership with world class engineering software company ESI Group.
