oil&gasThis one day course provides an overview of the key systems, sub-systems and components in the challenging subsea and deepwater environment for offshore oil and gas production. Particular attention is paid to metallurgical aspects of oil tool material selection, product design, manufacturing processes, quality control and in-service performance.

  • Control systems and Subsea Umbilicals, Risers & Flowlines (SURF)

  • Industry standards, certifications & qualifications

This workshop is equally applicable to established players and new entrants to the subsea sector and is ideally suited to both suppliers & buyers of specialised alloys including design engineers, specifiers, production engineers & salespersons. Some prior knowledge of metallurgy and materials engineering is assumed
